Returns & Replacements
All Sales Final
Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We cannot accept returns of opened or unopened research products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@levelwellness.io with your order number and photos. We will replace verified damaged or incorrect shipments at no cost.
Non-Delivery
If tracking shows your order was not delivered, reach out and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Refunds
Where a replacement is not possible, an equivalent store credit or refund may be issued at our discretion once the issue is verified.
